What do I do if my product I ordered is faulty?
If you discover the product you have ordered is faulty, we apologize, but we are here to help! Please contact us straight away.
Depending on the brand, there are different warranty regulations and different conditions for complaints of faulty goods. Warranty claims are dealt with by us individually on request. In this case if you have an item that is faulty, please send us an email with a description together with a pictures of the faulty item to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assess your case and deal with the problem straight away.
Products for example- football boots with firm- ground soles that has been played with on artificial turf and are now damaged, cannot be claimed. In addition, warranty can usually only be granted up to 6 months after purchase.
Any warrantable claims are then provided with a replacement or a voucher with the value of the previous (faulty) order.
