How do I find a product?

At the top of every page you will find our search bar that features auto-suggest. Here you can type in what you’re looking for and after the first 3 letters, results should start to appear.

Take advantage of our well-structured categories, filter through products by brand names, colours, sizes and many more options to help assit you find your product of choice.

How to order products?

If you have found the product you would like to order then simply click the "add to basket" button. This is your virtual shopping basket, where you can add and take away as many items as you like. At the top of the page is the "basket" button; when clicked, it will give you an overview of everything in your shopping basket. If you’re happy with everything in your basket, then you can proceed to the "checkout" button.

If you are already a registered customer, you can log in with your login details and complete your order within no time. As a new customer you will need to click on the "Start here" button in the login section. Simply fill this form out and continue to where you will need to provide us with the method of payment you would like to use. Then we will display your total cost and ask you to confirm.

After an order has been placed and is successful, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will then be processed as soon as possible.

What do I do if the item I want is not in stock?

If an item, colour or size you would like is currently not in stock, perhaps take a look at our suggested product section at the bottom of every product page.

If you find no alternative, you can of course contact us at -we can then tell you if and when your chosen product becomes available again.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation?

If you have not received an order confirmation from us then we recommend that you check your spam folder first. If not found there, then something went wrong; possibilities such as the form was not filled out correctly, or your email address has a typing error. In this case you will need to contact us directly for help.

Can I cancel/exchange my order after I've placed it?

In the case that you would like to change or cancel your order after ordering it, you will need to contact us directly by email or telephone. If your item has not already been packaged and dispatched we might be able to find an alternative for you. You will find more detailed information on the "Revocation Right" page.
