How and when can I return the goods I ordered?

*Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have undergone customization.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period or items that are not in the same condition as you received them in.

How do I return a package?

If you want to return or exchange your order, please click on the following link: and enter your login details. Then proceed to the "My Account" area, where you will find an overview of all your orders.

Providing your order is still within the 14-days grace period, you can use the “Return these items” button to send it back. After clicking on this you can then choose which items you would like to send back and why.

Next you can decide whether you would like to change the size, exchange your item or receive a refund. When finishing up, you will be given the chance to review the options you have already picked before sending this to us. Once all details are correct, click send. This information will be sent to our returns department and you can now send us your package.

To ensure your order is processed correctly and quickly please print our returns form, fill this out and place within side the box along with your items. Customers will bear the shipping costs when returning an item.

Please note: we strongly recommend sending your items by recorded delivery. We will not be liable for any items that go missing in the post. Please keep hold of your receipt and tracking ID.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

Once your return item has arrived at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email confirmation to say your package has arrived.

How does my money get refunded?

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Please note: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

On request, the amount can also be refunded as store credit to be used again in our online store.

When are we (geomix) entitled to cancel an order made by you, the customer?

geomix Soccer Store are entitled to withdraw in case of writing, printing and calculation errors. All offers are valid while stocks last. geomix Soccer Store is also entitled to withdraw if the supplier does not supply geomix Soccer Store with ordered goods despite contractual obligation. In this case, we will inform the customer immediately that the ordered product is not available and that the amount already paid for the product will be refunded as soon as possible.

When do we provide warranty for defects or provide replacements?

If there is a defect in any item purchased from the geomix Soccer Store, geomix Soccer Store shall be entitled to remedy or replace at its sole discretion.

If geomix Soccer Store is not willing or is unable to remedy or replace the item/s that are defective, or is in default in doing so within a reasonable period of time; for reasons that are geomix Soccer Stores responsibility, or fails to remedy or replace defects in other ways, the Buyer shall be entitled at its own discretion to withdraw from the contract or to demand an appropriate reduction in the purchase price.

Unless specified otherwise below, all further claims by the Buyer, for whatever legal reasons, are excluded. Therefore, geomix Soccer Store does not assume liability for damages that have not occurred in the delivery item itself; in particular, geomix Soccer Store does not assume liability for consequential losses (such as lost profits or for other financial losses) of the Buyer.

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, please do not accept delivery. If the transport damages are less obvious, notify the delivery company as quickly as possible and please contact us immediately. The failure to complain or contact us does not affect your legal rights. However, by doing so you will help us to claim against the carrier or the transport insurance.
